Study With Us in India

Explore MelkoteThe thread that connects them
Mysore Yoga Traditions began with a question: what is the larger tradition this practice came from? That question kept bringing us back to Mysore.
Here we have had the good fortune to form relationships with Sanskrit scholars, philosophers, teachers, families, and institutions whose knowledge reaches well beyond what is taught in an asana class. These programs are a chance to spend time with that community. We practice, we study the texts, we ask questions, and we visit the places where this history happened.
You do not need to know everything before you come, and you do not need an advanced asana practice. Come ready to practice, listen, study, and learn.
